Our most recent venture has been to expand our scope of services offered to our established young adults/adult patients (defined as having had a physical exam in the last year) to include basic optometry care. Our optometrist, Dr. John Celis, provides routine eye exams and vision care one day a week at our Lake Forest location.
The cost of prescriptions is included in your visit however frames and lenses are an additional charge. For those patients needing glasses, the health center has a limited selection of frames and lenses to choose from at a nominal cost. Patients may also have their prescription filled at a vendor of their choice.
