ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT OPTIONS

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, and as our mission and values guide us, no patient will be denied services based on an inability to pay. For patients with no insurance, we will gladly provide services on a self-pay basis. Based on your family size and gross (before taxes) income, you may be eligible to participate in our sliding fee discount program where the cost for your care is significantly reduced.

Your well-being is our top priority and we are here to serve you.

Sliding Fee Scale

Camino Health Center Never turns away a patient for inability to pay for services. Discounts according to a sliding fee scale based upon household income and family size are available for patients without health insurance and for patients with third-party insurance that does not cover, or only partially covers, fees.

This Sliding Fee Scale is updated annually using the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG). Patients may apply for a discount at any time.
