WE CARE DEEPLY ABOUT OUR PATIENTS’ EXPERIENCES.

To better gauge our customer satisfaction, we have partnered with Press Ganey, a nationwide leader in providing and collecting patient satisfaction surveys. Press Ganey randomly selects patients to receive a comprehensive survey asking for feedback on their provider, the care team, and the facility. All feedback is completely anonymous.

In 2022, the vast majority of patients seen in the medical and dental clinics reported, through Press Ganey, as having had a “Good” or “Very Good” experience.

While we strive to have every encounter with our patients be a positive one, we know that from time to time we fall short in meeting expectations. If this has happened to you, or you would simply like to talk to us, we’re here to listen.
