WE CARE DEEPLY ABOUT OUR PATIENTS’ EXPERIENCES.
To better gauge our customer satisfaction, we have partnered with Press Ganey, a nationwide leader in providing and collecting patient satisfaction surveys. Press Ganey randomly selects patients to receive a comprehensive survey asking for feedback on their provider, the care team, and the facility. All feedback is completely anonymous.
In 2018, 90% of patients seen in the medical clinic and 93% of dental clinic patients reported, through Press Ganey, as having had a “Good” or “Very Good” experience.
While we strive to have every encounter with our patients be a positive one, we know that from time to time we fall short in meeting expectations. If this has happened to you, or you would simply like to talk to us, we’re here to listen.

Ask any of our staff and they will tell you our core values are Dignity, Service, Excellence, and Justice. These are not simply words on a wall or on the back of our employee badges but personal attributes we look for when we hire every employee.
Annually, staff are nominated by their peers for living out these values day in and day out to receive a Values in Action award ~ an award given to one employee throughout the whole Mission Hospital health system who exemplified these values. Each year, over 400 employees are nominated system wide. We are thrilled to announce that three of our staff have been awarded a coveted Values in Action award.
