Medical

Staffed with board certified physicians, certified nurse practitioners, and certified physician assistants, Camino Health Center is proud to offer comprehensive, primary, medical care during all stages of life. Our providers and their care teams are here to partner with you regarding your preventative healthcare needs, offer health promotion and education, and provide chronic disease management while also being accessible to meet your urgent care needs.

As a designated Patient Centered Medical Home through the National Committee for Quality Assurance, it is our belief that you, the patient, are a fundamental part of the healthcare team and we strive to partner with you regarding your individual health care needs. As a patient of Camino Health Center, you will benefit from the expertise of a care team instead of a single provider. Each care team is comprised of a physician, mid-level provider, behavioral health specialist, care team lead, medical assistant, and care coordinator. Together, your team works alongside you to help ensure you receive individualized, comprehensive, medical care. Our medical provider specialties range from pediatrics to family medicine to internal medicine. If you would benefit from dental, behavioral health, or the WIC Program, those services are integrated to provide you with same day consultations.
