This no cost service allows you to communicate non urgent issues directly with your provider.

To sign up, you simply need to provide us your email address and we will send you an email from FollowMyHealth to register. The email provides step-by-step instructions on how to navigate through the portal and its many uses. We are also here to help if you need assistance registering.
